A clearance price does not automatically mean that a product is:

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise and permitted by law, clearance pricing alone does not automatically remove applicable return or refund rights.

5. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Promotions

MPORAO offers a 30-calendar-day voluntary return window from the date of delivery for eligible products, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return conditions, exclusions, procedures, shipping responsibilities, inspection requirements, and refund processing times are governed by that policy.

For ordinary non-defective clothing returns, eligible products should generally be unworn beyond reasonable inspection, unwashed, free from customer-caused damage, and in substantially original condition, with applicable tags and accessories.

MPORAO may cover approved reasonable return shipping costs for verified products that are:

• Damaged upon arrival;

• Defective;

• Materially misdescribed;

• Incorrect;

• Missing material components; or

• Otherwise non-conforming.

For ordinary preference-based returns, including:

• Change of mind;

• Ordering the wrong size;

• Ordering the wrong item;

• Style preference;

• Color preference; or

• Similar non-defective reasons;

the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Certain products may be excluded from voluntary return eligibility where permitted by law, including products that are:

• Personalized;

• Used beyond reasonable inspection;

• Damaged after delivery;

• Missing material components due to customer handling;

• Hygiene-sensitive after opening where lawful; or

• Otherwise clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase.

For eligible returns, refunds are generally processed within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned product, including reasonable inspection and internal processing time, unless an earlier or different deadline is required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

If an order has already shipped, customers may need to receive the parcel and follow the applicable return procedure.

If MPORAO cancels an order before shipment after payment has been captured, any applicable payment will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, suggestion, feedback, or other content through or in connection with the Services (“Customer Content”), you represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it;

• The content is truthful and not materially misleading;

• The content complies with applicable law;

• The content does not infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;

• The content does not contain malware, malicious code, or harmful material; and

• Any product review or testimonial reflects your genuine experience.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant MPORAO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and use that Customer Content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and promoting the Services.

This license does not transfer ownership of Customer Content to MPORAO.

Personal information contained in Customer Content remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Provide materially false or misleading information;

• Commit fraud;
